Academic Intervention Planning Meeting Agenda

1-22-02 @ 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. in Room 23 of the Administration Center

Agenda

Purpose- The purpose of this meeting is to make revisions to the "intervention proposal" form, share possible successful implementation models and also plan for a future meeting when we bring all building principals together to review and explain the proposal process.

· Review and edit intervention application to be completed by buildings to access funding for academic intervention programming

· Review successful models and practices for academic intervention

o FROG

o SOAR

o Other district models and practices from visitations, research or literature shared by principals

· Discuss concepts of assessment practices that could be used to measure improvement

· Set future meeting to “roll out” the proposal process to building principals

o Create the agenda
