Intersession/Intervention Planning Committee

October 25^th - 2:00 p.m. – Administration Center

Objective: This group will plan academic, intervention and enrichment opportunities for students. A strategic plan will be formulated with input from the committee addressing the following:

• Which students are eligible to participate in programs?
• What will be the goals/objectives of the activities and programs offered to students?
• When and where will the activities take place?
• What will be the format of the activities?
• Who will staff and supervise the activities?
• How will the impact of the activities be measured and evaluated?

Agenda

• Review of committee objectives
• Additions, deletions and group consensus to agreed upon objectives
• What are the goals and what is the vision for an ideal intervention program for students?
• Brainstorming activity- affinity diagram
• Creation of strategic plan based on goals and vision for programming
• Timeline
