Re: PE/Music Staffing Committee meeting on 11-6-01 @ 2:30 p.m.

The first scheduled meeting of the PE/Music Staffing Committee will be held on Tuesday, November 6^th at 2:30 PM in the Administration Center’s room 23. Our objective is to improve or create a more effective process for staffing music and P.E.

During this meeting, we will create a “game plan” for how to tackle this issue. We will discuss the parameters, obstacles, variables and other issues related to this issue. A time line with action plan and future meetings will also be established. I look forward to your help in “building a better mousetrap” for staffing PE and Music- as my good friend Mike Oberhouse says.

To enhance communication between committee members and the rest of the administrators, an email listserv/group has been established. Information regarding committee progress will also be regularly posted to our web site at http://curriculum.risd41.org/admin/pe_music/pe_music_staffing.htm
