Secondary Principal’s Meeting Minutes

December 18, 2001

· Mike Oberhaus discussed budget adjustment ideas with the principals.

· Dave Markard outlined the schedule for Patrick Dolan’s visit on January 16.

· Jay Marino and Pete Nyman reviewed the work of the Academic Intervention Committee. Ken Jaeke shared the intervention activities at Edison made possible by 21^st Century Grant funds.

· Bruce Bufe gave an overview of the ProQuest Service. Password and log on information was shared.

· We agreed that we needed to discuss summer school and other interventions at another meeting. NovaNet and other options could be considered in that context.

· We discussed developing a unified secondary proposal for 21^st Century grant funding.

Next meeting is January 15, 2002.
