Expertise Wanted!- A Call For Presenters-  I haven't heard from any of you yet!  During our principal and leadership meetings this year, we will be seeking out principals who would be willing to share an area of expertise or successful programs being implemented in your school.  There will be a portion of our meetings devoted to "best practices & professional development" of our administrative group on a regular basis.  Please begin thinking about expertise that you could share.  Examples of topics that could be presented… "Effective Title I Programs", "Student Led Conferences", "Leading the School Improvement Team/SIP Planning", "Data Driven Decision Making", ect.  Give it some thought… if interested in sharing, please send me an email listing the potential topics you could present.
