*Meeting Objective: To evaluate science curriculum materials
applying the committee created evaluation rubric.

Welcome
- Review
of agenda and overview of today’s activities
- Order
lunch
Review the “science materials selection
evaluation rubric”
- Explain process, location of materials
and format for evaluation
Review
science curriculum materials
- Individuals
will evaluate science curriculum materials using the evaluation rubric
- Teams
will discuss and record evaluation and comments using the appropriate form
- Teams
will combine individual rating forms, discuss and come to consensus on a
final evaluation score for each different vendor.

Report out on scoring and
evaluation of science materials
- Teams will report out the results of the
team consensus master evaluation form
- Scores will be recorded and rank ordered
accordingly

- Continue revision process of science
standards alignment document
Teams will review the edited
curriculum alignment documents and make any additional revisions
- District
Curriculum Alignment Cycle
Teams will provide feedback on the District Curriculum Alignment Cycle
draft document
